They’ve gone crazy making babies since I swapped my AI settings over to D. Tumanov’s. I know everyone is all over the Saxby settings with these lights, but I have fallen in love with how the corals look at night on these. Everything just lights up, like a city at night. I’ll move one up in the morning before lights come on. I want BOUNCETOWN.

You did a excellent job. Share where you obtained most of your live stock.
Thank you! I’ll go back in the original post and edit the list of inhabitants soon to show what I added and what was in the tank when I got it- quite a few of the corals and many of the fish came with the tank, so I don’t know where they came from or what some of them are, still. I have added mostly coral since I set it up. Most of my purchases are made in Tallahassee, Florida at High Tide Aquarium. The staff there is beyond helpful and their stock is gorgeous.

View attachment 2179710Red nori came from Amazon- I’ve only used the green since I got the tank. Figured they would like a little variety, anddddd it looks like I was right.

The powder blue on the packaging taunts me, however. One day.
I switch up between red, green, and purple nori. The purple tang shuns the purple nori but everyone else loves it. Even non algea eaters.

Thank you so much
You’re welcome! ;Cat I’ve also edited the first post to clarify which inhabitants were original to the tank when I got it and which ones I have added since then.

Going to have to get some purple to try too, then. I’ll have to figure out how to slip it in the Amazon cart. :p Joe is going to begin to question how many fish I’m feeding.

My gobies nab anything the tangs lose. Then it’s tug of war. Usually the diamond just drags it off into his den and the others look for leftovers.
