Something weird happened with my doser, and now my calcium is very high. A few nights ago, I refilled my "A" container because it was halfway empty. I have already turned off the warnings where it tells me how much product I have left, because it was giving me false readings (saying it was empty when it wasn't, etc.). I have a container with 3 1,500 ml compartments. Filled part A (calcium) to the top. The next morning, I was shocked to see 1/3 of that container was gone. My Part A is only supposed to dose 75 ml/day, spread over 4 doses. Is this a problem with the "missed dose" setting? Did my doser think it had missed doses somehow? I'm not sure how that could be, because I turned off the auto-level function because of previous false readings. If anyone has experience with this, would love some insight. I turned off the missed dose setting hoping that helps prevent future mishaps. Calcium isn't good, but my tank could have crashed if this had happened with Part B (alkalinity). Ugh. I love automation for the most part, except with things like this. P.S. I checked the dosing log, and it shows 75 ml calcium for the last 2 weeks.
