Can anyone advise if I have my lighting set for the best results, I have 2 Red Sea 90 on a red sea 350 mixed tank also if my timings are ok as here in the uk as we are now in the summer months it gets light at around 5am which does penetrate the tank would I need to take this into consideration when setting the time for the lights?

I have 4 of those and they don’t have a lot of configuration options …but all of the “built in presets” all work, so pick the one that aesthetically pleases you…

FWIW I use the 23K also, it’s actually waaaaaay too blue for my taste but I’m forced as whiter light interferes with the rest of the room …
Anyway 23K works fine

I don’t go over 11hrs a day, anything over 8hrs is fine… this setting is independent of season

I don’t jack around with light setting once set, even when I lived in Ohio which also is far north enough for 530 sunrises …Basically I pay no mind to ambient light
