Red Sea 90 lighting

Hi all, I’m new here I have had a look through some of the threads but not
Found much.

I have a Red Sea 350 mixed reef tank with 2 Red Sea 90 lights running on the schedule below would this schedule be ok or is it the best schedule to be on. Looking for the best results it comes on at about 11 and turns off about 11 but here in the uk the summer time it starts getting light around 5 o’clock in the morning which penetrates the tank would this contribute to how much lighting the tank is getting or affect it in any way?

Your question as stated would have an answer as .. maybe.. :)
Any influx of photons is going to "affect" something.
Its the how much that matters.. and since it changes seasonally that influx changes as well.
Kind of adds to instability.

And incident light can go from practically zero to 100's of PAR even in England.

Soo just get a cheap lux meter (use a phone app if you must though I really don't trust them much) and measure the light hitting the tank.
I'm not "recommending" a par meter just because of cost for this part. issue.

Here in the northern US latitudes at 1PM CST and overcast (call it a typical UK day.. maybe a bit cheerier :) ) my LUX hitting tank glass that,s perp. to my south facing window registers 500 LUX which is about 10 PPFD (PAR).
Relativity insignificant. This changes to 100's of PAR in the winter when the sun has a low angle and is streaming directly through the same south facing window.

Outside is like 30000 LUX. 690 PAR
Won't get in to DLI or if it has uses in sw tanks but to say that even low intensity PAR can add up over the course of a day.

Say you have 15par on average for 5hrs before your main lights go on.
I'll only consider that for 6 hrs not all day.
all guessing of course .
Those main lights average 70 par over 12 hours and then shut off.

now skipping the 6hrs you get
3.02 DLI

10% increase in daily photons with the added 15 par for 5 hours.
Again probably insignificant but hey may increase glass algae ect..who knows.
Throw in various species and needs ..well you get the picture.
