Just curious what others are using for settings on their Red Sea 90 lights.
I have 2 over my Red Sea 350 mixed reef tank. I have some SPS at the top of the tank, so I want the lights to be strong, but I also have some lower light corals at the bottom… (75-150 par target)
I’m fighting the urge to mess with the settings but I’ve been unable to find good info online about what people typically set their lights at.
Obviously I watched the BRS video going over PAR measurements for these lights, but they only show measurements when lights are running at 100%. I’m also a little confused about the whole “PAR vs PUR” thing that Red Sea mentions in all their guidance..
Main reason for my concern I guess is my stylo frag seems very bleached, and 2 frags of my zoa frags at the bottom rarely fully open. I’m surprised I’m seeing that with the lights only running at 80%. Trying to determine if the issue is lighting or something else.
