After checking some famous and good colour corals of reefers below, and experiment with my tank:

Golden State Corals: 4ft tank, 3 XR30 - 690w + 80w AI blade=770w, so around 1.9w/ liter of water in display tank, or 7.22w/ gallon, that's the gross calculation to working at 100%, so net to working at 70%, the rate is 1,33w/l.

Hoshitsutsu's tank: 90cm tank with 5 XR30, 2 LED bars, so around 4.6w/ liter (gross) or working at 70% is 3.2w/l (net)

My tank: 120cm tank with 3 XR15, 1 XR30, 6 T5HO, 2 LED bar: so 2.47w/liter (gross) working at 70% has rate at 1.72 w/l

While, with same succed, people can choose for 120cm tank:
2MH 250w + 2 LED bars: 1.5 w/l
10 T5HO 54w: 1.35w/l

So after doing the calculation, i'm quite disappoint that they said LED is saving energy ... but anyway, i'm thinking the recipe of LED lighting is around minimal 1.35w/l at real power, for LED, must adjust 30% more ( because we never work all the diode at 100%), so need at least 1.9w/l (like Golden State Corals) or even better like Hoshitsutsu's: 4.6w/l.
