Radion xr30w G3 not connecting to reef link... Issue!

I currently have 4 radion xr30w G4 pro.
Been running via reef link for 3 years. No issues. I wanted to add 2 used XR30w G3....
Tried via laptop, with USB cable.
One was identified instantly... Other isn't...I tried few times.
Used the same USB cable, ballast, cords etc.

Could it be that USB socket is busted in light?

What's the solution? Pls help.

Also... Is Mobius better these days? Heard it wasn't initially....
I run Apex classic. Maybe it's time to try WXM module?
So what is the best reliable way to control radion these days.. that is once connected it d never let go of the connection and work flawlessly?
