Radion G6 Pro template

I changed up my light to a Radion G6 pro several months ago. I've been playing with the settings frequently to get it to where I want it, both to my eye and for the benefit of the livestock. I think I've finally achieved what I'm going for.

I call the template High Noon, it's based off AB+ but tweaked to look more how I've seen reefs underwater when snorkeling in the Caribbean. No Windex look. It is set as an 8 to 9 hr total schedule with about a 5 hour peak period and a few hours of moonlight after lights out. I have mine set to follow the moon phases.The fish colors have all become more vibrant and my bubble tips seem to be perking back up; since I got the light they kind of shrunk and became unhappy. This is on an XR15 G6 Pro, and my overall schedule intensity is set to 63%. Obviously y'all can tailor it to your liking.

I've attached the template (via link below) and a few shots of my dirty tank. I edited some of the shots to compensate for the blue light in the lense, I also took a few shots with my orange filter. I've also included the unedited pictures too. It's hard to really get how it looks in person on my phone's camera, but I tried my best to represent it. I've modified the template a bit further, and I think this is where I'll stay. After doing more research through this forum, BRS TV, numerous blogs, and reef lighting websites. I believe I've tinkered around enough and just need to let the lights sit.

Here is the final modified "High Noon". The schedule maintains a total of ~8-9 hour total. Ramp up and down for an hour, with a 5 hour peak photo period. I have tweaked the spectrum channels a bit more, with UV, Violet, Blue, WW, and CW all running 100%. Royal now at 60%, with Red and Green at 25% respectively. I'm running overall schedule intensity at 60% but may drop it depending on how my livestock reacts.

If someone could test the par readings that would be great, as I don't have a professional par meter. My tank is 36in L x 18in W x 14in H. The par app that uses my phone's camera was reading ~219 at the water surface dead center below the light. My light is mounted with an RMS tank mount.

I'm in no way an expert, this template is built solely on what I would consider experts in the hobby recommending. Here is a photo without any filters and the link to the template. I will also leave the original template available too.

I run mine very similarly. I’m 100% everything except red and green at 15%. Recently I reduced the WW to 50% while I deal with some algae issues.

Are you running a 1-8-1 schedule? That's what I ended up settling on.
