I just started filling my Reefer and water in over flow box is going under the main drain sleeve. The sleeve seems to sit down on the stand pipe correctly but because of this, the level in overflow stay's at stand pipe level and does not come up and over the main cup ,Is this normal? and will correct once water from sump starts returning to main tank? didn't wanna continue to fill sump if this needs to be corrected first.

Your reefer should have 2 stand pipes one with the sleeve over it and one without the sleeve. The shorter pipe should have the sleeve and the taller pipe doesn't have it The water level in the box should be set by the taller pipe.
