Ok I have a 30 gallon tank....lol thought it was a 40 or thats what i was told when I got it.either way. I'm getting a 4x39w t5 from a buddy. its new and never been used he said it has 4x 6500k and 3 moonlight led's. I am doing corals so what bulbs do I need to stick in this thing to get some growth. I also have a singlebright led that puts out 600 lumens that I may try to squeeze in there with the t5's. so again what bulbs should i go with. is this going to be good light for corals and will I have enough light to slip in a clam the tank is 16'' deep

Those lights are fine for most corals. Many people want something a little stronger for more difficult SPS corals and anemones.

I previously went with a combo of dual 10K tubes, one 420, and one 460. The ATI T5 bulbs are very nice. I just ordered 2 of the Blue Plus, 1 Purple Plus, and one Aquablue Special. I should have them in this weekend. It is a matter of personal preference, but the ones you have will put out a more yellowish cast while the ones I just ordered lean on the blue side.

I am currently running my 10k bulbs for 7 hours and actinics come on 1 hour before those and stay on one hour after. You could then set the led moonlights to come on when the actinics are off. When the ATI bulbs come in, I'll start off with the aquablue and purple plus for 7 and run the blue plus pair for 9 hours like my current actinics.

OK My bulbs showed up today. And I just wanted to get a couple things straight. First I am only useing the t5 fixture. 2x blue plus come on at 4pm at 5pm coralplus and purple plus then off at 1am then at 2am blue plus off.then at 3am the fuge comes on and off at 1pm. Does this sound ok? when should I ren the moonlight?

That sounds like it would work. You can run the moonlight the entire time your T5s are off, or you could just run them part of the night. It is just personal prefference.
