He got beat up. Time to take him to a QT!

Or you need to identify the attacker and remove that fish.

He will recover without meds. He needs clean water, peace, and quiet.

This fish is a victim of aggression and the eye likely injured during same event. You will need to isolate the fish or the aggressor ( I remove aggressor, always)
The eye seems to have haziness and I recommend in this case to isolate the angel into a quarantine setting and treat the eye for at least 5 days using maracyn as shown below and increase aeration with air stone during treatment.
To identify aggressor, Next time you feed, set your cell phone on video mode for about 40 mins and drop a little food and walk away - YOU MUST walk away as they know youre there. Often the aggressor is a bully at feeding time.
Review the video and see who it may be

Could the aggression have been caused by the high temperature?
Likely not but often high temperature reduces oxygen. Do your best to maintain 77-79 degree range

For the eye, erythromyacin is best and safest which is the Maracyn as mentioned.

I would identify the attacker and isolate him then I would test my tank.

Yes as this is not disease.

You can get at Petco, Petsmart, BRS and salwateraquarium.com

Do a water change in the 225, use the old water to fill the QT tank 75% of the way and new water for the remainder, or
I used a large egg create cage 24"x12" x12" for acclimation with a 6"x6" pvc pipe inside for shelter. Hang or set cage on bottom of 225 with a rock in it for a couple weeks.
The QT will heal the fish but you could be back to square one when you reintroduce her.
At least with the cage you can figure out what needs to be done while the queen heals.
