Well when all your coral start growing at the same exact time and you have not had to dose phosphate yet, it tends to happen. But everything is back better than ever and the tank is on auto pilot for the last 4-5 months, I test KH and phosphate once a week just to make sure and they never change

All depends on what kind of SPS too. Some SPS like montis can be easier than some LPS
