So I have converted years ago to a Reefbreeders LED fixture, but I still have an old power compact fixture hanging around here. Are these things just no longer used by anyone? Any possible uses for it (4 x 96W)? If it's time has come and gone I will get rid of it instead of taking up space in the closet.

Perhaps you can donate it to a reefing museum?

You could use it on a freshwater tank

It’s obsolete

T5, halide, these are tech from years ago but they are powerful and proven and still used by many today.

I don’t see power compact being of value today given that led costs less and offers better results

I was pretty sure these were going to be the responses, but I wanted to make sure before sending the fixture to electronics recycling. Thanks for responding!
