PopBloom T50 Reef J4 Series, whites come on and off randomly?

So my white lights come on randomly. I put my moonlights on at night and then tank gets lit up full intensity in white for a minute and then turns off. it does it quite often and I'm afraid for my urchin he doesn't move much anymore and I think the whites are stressing him out. anyone have a fix or know what's wrong with these.
