Hi Lambchops, have you by any chance picked up the wrong ICP for ATI as the one that shows is that its nearly a month old yet just came back and you haven't got a lot of salt in your water according to this ICP which doesn't read the same as what you say it should so its a bit confusing. It will be interesting to see the latest one.
Thanks for showing them.

The ATI test looks to be straight tap water (untreated)? Did you mean to post the tank water?

Whoops, that's someone elses test that I had on my computer. Attached is my tank. Sorry for the confusion.

Were these two (Triton and ATI) the exact same sample?

I took them out of my tank at the same time.

I think that sort of comparison emphasizes the fact that one should treat trace elements as “enough”, “too much” or “not enough” since many vary by a factor of 2 or more.

If a few more of these comparisons come up, maybe there's a possibility of establishing which elements are accurate in all tests.

Or similarly inaccurate :D

I only know about 2 comparisons until now, but it would be interesting to check them to see if they put in evidence elements that are accurately tested in all ICP tests (and the opposite, of course).

Actual tests of submitted standards that have been published are quite good (IMO), except for some of the trace elements, especially those near the detection limits.

I searched for the most important stuff on the tests from ATI and Triton and their results are roughly the same.

Iodine, for example was almost the same on both tests here. On the other hand, Iodine had a very different result in the test with the previously known standards.

You missed a very popular one, with some of the nicest software I've seen. Also they have an App coming that will give you a notification on your phone when your results are ready to check and the ability to check/track your results on the APP.

They??? :D We?

Are they still going? I saw a Facebook post by Stone Aquatics stating they were sadly closing their doors: https://www.facebook.com/stoneaquatics/
Yes local here and unfortunately they are, was one of the best one here in town. From what i heard he will close the store front but will still be running water test analysis while revamping his bottling company for furniture row.
