The only pieces I have left are very flat shelf rock, and I think this looks very unnatural. But I tried it
I once worried about it looking natural. Now, not so much. There are a lot of rockscapes that look completely unnatural, but look awesome.

Your rockscape looks great, with or without that shelf section. I wouldn't mind seeing that bridge on top with just 1 piece of rock. I think it will look better that way, rather than having the two pieces stacked.

Don't see it that way. In nature there are infinite possibilities. And when things are grown up and over, you won't even be able to tell the difference.

I was picturing an arch. Thanks for trying! I think it looks great as is. Adding more shelves while not perfect right now will allow you to put tons of great coral in that space and when it fills in it would look amazing.

I like it
Mine started similarly but as said once corals grow out it’ll look natural whatever you do
I just don’t like tanks that look like a sweet shop haha

Yeah I really wish I had more archs. Overall I was really dissappointed, I bought the Aquaforest Mixed rock, supposed to be an even distrobution of base arches and shelf, but most of what I recieved was shelf, and I had to smash a bunch of it up to create the shapes I already made. Everywhere it's broken is bright white instead of the pretty purple. The color wont really matter in the long run, but kinda sucks in the short term.

I think you did an awesome job with the pieces you received. Aquascaping is always challenging. I’ll be excited to see how it looks when mature!
