Hi everyone , Please help diagnose what I have in tank ( microscope picture)
It started 3 weeks ago.
Doze Polly lab med - didn't do anything
I lost powder blue , and few dottyback, but another fish ( blue tang, coperbrand, imperator, fox face, orange sport, cleaner Wrasse yellow Wrasse, yelow bleny, coral beauty, Goby 4, cleaners shrimp) still good , some of them gets spots but they were clean in next few days .
I CAN'T move all fishes to quarantine tank, I have only small 13 Galon quarantine tank, so I am looking for treatment in display (120g ) tank . but looks like ick treatment didn't help me , so maybe I have something different... please let me know if you know what is it ...
Video I made from skin scraping dead powder blue .. ( another picture I was just taking water from the aquarium and looking at what was in it..
Google pic search doesn't give clear answers (((
Last time In the water saw, pretty much "black seeds " looks like ick but they didn't move at all...

I see flatworm which should be removed with siphoning via 3/8" tubing or net. The flea like thing is ostracod which feeds on algae and mutiplies quickly - Black mollies eat them and the worm- need to see it physically

The first two pictures are ich trophonts, so are the two videos. The other wormlike things are not parasitic and are not a concern - any worm with segments are not parasitic. The thing with horns is a non parasitic flatworm.
Can you post clear videos of the fish themselves? If they are dying from ich, you will not be able to control it in your main tank…ich management only works before the fish reach the point where some are dying from it.

Thanks for the answer, I shot a video this morning, they look better today, I didn't notice the spots on the fox's muzzle and blue tail (they were yesterday), they all ate very well. 2 days ago, the emperor and the coperbrand were not eating well, but it seems they have comeback
This is the third day I've been dosing rally-pro into the aquarium. + garlic + ick atack kardon . + voogle I add canoplex and metroplex to the frozen food.
As for those trophies, can we say that they are dead because of the drugs? They had no movement at all ...
Bleny still had some stains but he was in copper before , small sports were gone but stains on body doesn't disappear at all. Can you tell on video what it is ick or maybe velvet trophies ?
What also may I have in tank ?

Also I forgot what 2 weeks ago Blu tang had black spots , I dose prozypro , 2 times.
looks like I have everything

The copperband looks like it might have traces of ich. The foxface seemed to be breathing a bit fast.
I’m not familiar with all the medications you’ve used, so hopefully they work well for you.
