For those of you that test for Phosphates, what do you use? I have the SeaChem kit, but I'm not sure I'm trusting the results (undetectable).

Hanna - Reading about the meters it looks like there's a lot of room for error with left over resin, false readings, etc. If you do a decent job at cleaning them with RO/DI water, etc. are they fairly easy to get accurate readings?

I find they are very easy to use. when using to test I only handle the cuvet with a microfiber cloth that I keep it wrapped in to store it. After I test I rinse it out immediately in RO/DI water, dry and wrap it up again. I have only got one reading that was way off, I tested again 2X and it was back in line so either I had a smudge on it or too many bubbles. These are quicker than the test kits.

+1 hanna it pays for it self
Hanna error margin + o - 0.01-0.02 wich very low
and also any test kit with dirty cuvets will draw errors
thats why we have to take care of our equpment to extend there life
