hey guys just a quick question, i got this 2 percula clown 2 months ago. I know they're just juveniles at the moment, but I was wondering when will they fully have the signature perculla colors or when will they start looking like a full adult?

unfortunately I have seen a lot of tank bred clownfish that are just dull in color always. I would say they can color up a bit with age and being fed a good diet with a good amount of astaxanthin to help with the orange/red coloration. TDO chroma boost is a good all in one pellet for this plus a good frozen diet mixed in or you can just supplement a diverse frozen diet with something like paracoccus powder from Bulkreefsupply

Apologies in advance for the rambling....
For a long time i always preferred wild caught true perculas to their tank bred counterparts. The wild caughts have just had a much better coloration and structure compared to tank bred, more so in the past than now. I would say about 10% (maybe a bit less) of the tank bred ones I see in stores are close to as nice in structure and coloration to wild caughts but are much more sustainable and much cheaper. This is a lot better than 10 years ago when less than 1% of true perculas would look anywhere near as nice as wild ones.
PNG had some of the nicest onyx clownfish in the past but rarely see any nowadays

Coloration will revolve around tank conditions, diet, If they are wild caught, or tank raised and be it known that there are often pigment changes that cause them to turn brown (mocha is a natural pigment) over time.
