My Orange Tailed Damsel choked to death on freeze dryed krill. It was having problems and I grabed it as it stuggled and removed a piece of krill stuck in its mouth. Too bad I could not do more.

That happened to a buddy of mines fish. Freeze dried and frozen krill should be left at the LFS's. They don't seem to do very well in fishes mouth's :(
I think his that died was a rabbitfish, he tried to pull the piece out and everything. It sucks for sure......

Wow, sorry for your loss. I've never heard of a fish choking to death before.

I had a lionfish gobble up a ~1" triangular rock after dropping it back into the tank by accident. He, fortunately, spit it back up by th enext morning and wasn't any worse for the wear. Crazy fishes.

wierdest thing to witness, you see the fish just "gasping" and nothing happening
he was eating a pellet though, nothing too big or wierd

I've seen my yellow tang vomit several times too. The problem is that still didn't stop him from eating...
