Hi All.
I’ve got 3 orange marble snails that don’t ever come out of the sand bed. I’ve had them around 3months. All my parameters are fine and I’ve checked they are alive.

I got them to move the sand around to losen hair algae.

Why is this? Tempted to remove them?

Thanks

these snails but my nassarius snails come flying out of sand when food is introduced. My conch and diamond watchman goby do a great job with keeping the sand white and clean.

Orange Marble Snail is a name I've only seen used for Babylon/Babylonian Snails - Babylon Snails are carnivorous scavengers (like Nassarius Snails - they're not predatory, but they eat meat), they don't eat algae.

You'll need to feed them meat to get them moving around.
