Hoping someone has my model and can recommend good LED settings for lps and softies . there are many program library settings but my LFS has told me to keep white very low ( lower than the program library settings. ) I'm starting to think i've been given bad advice and my coral need stronger LED settings. today i used a strong program setting like 70% white and blue.

1 hour ramp up - 8hrs of light - 1 hour ramp down is a good place to start. Adjust blue/white spectrum to how you like it visually. Only safe way to test intensity is obviously a par meter. But you can always start lower intensity and very gradually increase/observe, increase/observe… know the visual signs of bleaching and stress. If your corals look happy, don’t touch your light settings.
