One of my Radion blues keeps shutting off

One of my radion blues keeps shutting off. I switch the power cables and adapters but just no power to one of them for some reason. Both outlets, and both power bricks work, but the light just won’t go on and won’t connect to the app either. Wondering if anyone knows how to fix this ?

I can’t factory reset as there is no power to the light, buttons, ect. The power supply is lit up blue, and I’ve swapped everything with the other working light but still nothing

that’s odd. I would email ecotech.
