Old Sony A100

This ol camera fell into my lap years ago, had some fun with it then just tossed it aside and mainly used my phone. I'm trying to figure how I can set this thing up to take some pics of my tank, nothing on the professional level of course, but something worthy of displaying. Any of the pros can help me with this camera?

Its a few years old but should work wonderfully. Shoot RAW. You may want to look at a F85 and or yellow filter for blue light.

Is the F85 a lens? I was thinkning about a different lens but don't want to break the bank.

I'm not familiar with the a100 but you should be able to adjust the white balance to make it look more natural. Also look on ebay for a Minolta 100mm macro lens, the newer, expensive sony macro lenses have the same design as Minolta. Mine still takes fantastic pics, nearly 40 years old.

I watched that video Blaxsun loaded, informative. I was digging through an old box and found a couple lenses. But they dont fir this camera, I have no idea where they came from lol.
I was just looking at the Canon EOS Rebel T7. Looks decent under $500, I have a Canon lens, I'll see what it is when I get home.
