Hello,

Looking at adding a fuge to my sump and to do so I need to move my skimmer into a smaller section. I currently have the Vertex 150 Omega but its footprint is far too big. Can someone please measure their 160 Nyos Quantum to see what the footprint is (particularly from the edge of the adjustment stem to the end of the venturi).
I also want this to silence my noise Omega 150.

Please measure this;

Thanks Broadfield! How do you rate it from a noise perspective? Do you have any previous experience of the Vertex range?

I can't hear it running... seriously. And that's with an open stand.

I was in the same boat running a Vertex 150, really nice performance but hell loud, finally a switched to the new NYOS 160 and like @Broadfield says, not even with the stand door open you hear it. It's louder my Vectra M1 that sometimes at the beginning I was placing my hand inside of my sump to check if was running. [emoji106][emoji225][emoji886]
