Looking good! Im starting my first saltwater tank in a week or so, some of your lessons learned have been very helpful for a newbie.
In that case, let me tell you my experience with flatworms. In May I found them in my euphyllia (2 torches, 1 frogspawn) and my Japanese toadstool.

I dip before I quarantine, but didn’t know what I was looking at. After the quarantine period I dipped and added them to my display, once again not knowing what to look for exactly. Eggs hatched much further down the road and now I dip the torches weekly until I decide what to do as a more manageable solution.

Wow.... very interesting. Do you presume they were introduced on the frag from the store / seller?

Right after reading this an article was posted. Looks like you're taking the correct steps to try and get rid of those suckers

Kalkwasser is going well! Alkalinity sits at 8.5dkh and there’s a noticeable improvement in color and growth of corals. Water changes have gone from 4 gal weekly to 2 gal every 10 days.

Staring at my tank last week I noticed the level in the tank was way off. The counter started to sag so I hit Facebook marketplace and got a new stand. At 38 inches high I’m happy about it.
Took a few friends to help, drained it down to a few inches and reused all the existing water, did a 30% water change and 3 days later all is well.
