Just looked into my tank and seen this worm looking thing. Can someone help me ID this?

Maybe a spionid worm. Does it have 2 long tentacles on the head? If it is a spionid, they are harmless detritus eaters.

Can’t find it anymore. My hermit crab is in the area it was so guessing it went hiding unless it was a tasty meal

Just looked into my tank and seen this worm looking thing. Can someone help me ID this?

Hard to say from the pic, but possibly an "Accordion Worm" (thought to be an Iphitime species)? If so, they're a Dorvilleid species and should be harmless/beneficial.
