Hello

My tank size is 36x18x18
Have mounted 2x k7 pro 3 daisychained

(Wifi sucks on these tbh only AP worked for me)

My goal here is to keep SPS only and maybe some GSP at the back that’s it.

If you guys could suggest settings for 18inch height as most of the tanks I see here are more than this. I don’t have a PAR meter and cannot even borrow here. So its just guessing game now

rocks aquascape start at 6inch depth.

What is the distance from the bottom of the light/lens to the top of the highest rock structure?

Lights are 10inches above water surface.

Highest rock is 6inches below water surface.

So 16inches and I can lower this too as this is the highest I can get with these arms.

Perfect. On my SPS tank, I run a split schedule full spectrum then blue spectrum across the lighting cycle. The distances between your light and rock is within an inch of mine. I run full spectrum (all colors) at 55% and get 300-350 PAR to the top of the rock surface. When running blues, I run RB, B, and UV at 70% to get 300 PAR at the same point. Measured with Apogee MQ510. Hope this helps!
