Your setting spectrum is to turn on the lights at 7 o'clock and turn off the lights at 20 o'clock. The system time is 5 o'clock. Although the lights are turned off at this time, it is actually running this setting

I actually did this last night. I have a tablet that I used to leave it connected to the lights. I do use it occasionally but if that's what I have to do to keep the lights running I will. Shouldn't have to do that though. They have a good light, they need to spend some more money on software/hardware issues. Thank you for the suggestion. I'll continue to do this and try connecting through LAN this weekend to see if that works.By chance, do you have another old device you can use, an old cell phone or tablet?
When I first got my lights I had 2 of the big ones, and 2 of the minis across 3 tanks. The 2 pros and 1 mini I had running off my phone and one mini I had to dig out an old screen cracked tablet and install the app. Both minis would not pick up or be controlled off the device which is why I had to find another.
Might be worth a test if you have an old device.
I agree you shouldn't have to do this. Sounds like a malfunctioning unit. Maybe they can swap it out for ya? Let us know how you get on with it if you do deal with customer service. Tried LAN it wouldn't connect. Decided to go with AP which is fine once I get everything dialed in. I won't need to adjust muchDang. Bummer man. Have you tried LAN connection yet?

I have removed it from my tank now. I sent you a video and you said the light was fine. The light is not fine and others are having the same issue. Now the light cuts off on its own and switches to manual mode on its own. Light would never connect via LAN either. Yall really need to fix these issues before selling any more. I hate to come here to complain, but I thought I should share with the community. I don't have any comments regarding the product, but have not been impressed with customer service so far... I placed an order for the K7 mini on June 4th and received the package in a timely manner. However, upon unboxing, I realized the K7 Pro v3 was sent by accident. It's looks like a great light, but would be overkill for my IM Nuvo 15. I've tried contacting @noopsyche multiple times to resolve the issue, but have not received a response and almost to the point of contacting my credit card to file a dispute. Again, I hate posts like this but felt the need to share.There really isn't anything wrong with the video. If there is a problem, we will definitely help you fix it. You can post it to YouTube. Then send me the link.
Only need to set a spectrum that changes in a short period of time, record thefrom the successful connection, saving, and then disconnecting.
