Nitrates at 40 PPM

I do still feed everyday but smaller amounts. I've also been doing 10 percent weekly water changes as well as getting my refugium back on line.

Awesome, I was wondering if I should do a 20% water change or not today to try and lower them or wait a few days, what do you think?
