Not sure but the Desjardini is the one with all the fancy yellow gold scribbles and spots all over the place and tons of spots on the face but are very pronounced while the regular or Pacific one just has stripes annd spots but more concentrated and a yellow tail. Desjardini also get to Dinner Plate size unlike the regular one. You can tell them apart the most I think when they are displaying their fins.

Blue/light grey/yellow in the margins on top of a higher contrast is usually the determining factor for me visually.

I guess my question is more based on the Juvenile Tang's rather than full grown. I know the Desjardini are prettier when they're sporting adult colors but they're very similar to the Sailfins as juvies.

juvi's can have yellow tail too, look into the markings, want to get tech, count spines on dorsal ,desi has 21 I think
reg has less, don't hold me to that number , but there is a count difference...

Awesome! Thanks! I'd prefer a Desjardini if I get either although I probably shouldn't with only a 125.

Could be a little bit cruel unless you rehomed it after a while. A pretty short while.

Not sure what you are referencing but those I believe are both Desjardini. There are multiple local where zebrasoma Desjardini can be found. Specimen sourced from the Red Sea are, in my opinion the most bright and desired.

Really? Huh, I thought they looked a little different. I’ve seen both and the first one is I guess a little colored up. Good point.

I might suggest changing the word "fever" in the song to "howler" and walk around your house singing it and dancing like you're John Travolta. I'm sure your wife will appreciate it!

Thanks buddy today i feel like a walking zombie no energy at all and in and out the bathroom glad it happened now and not sunday when reefstock is. It feels like i got hit by a train....

Its feeding night and im having to explain everything to the wife what to do...its good practice for her my lil one wants to help and is going to put the pellets in tonight. My oldest is showing her how to use the equipment. And where to shut off the returns. My family is awesome i wish i could help.

Well got the light rail cover done today as well as added Francisco and Antonio Angiulo brothers named after the famous italian mafia family. Got reefstock tomorrow so ready. As well as got some things moved around lobo in the front zoas by the plate thanks @fishguy242 appreciate you brotha. Going to start dosing all for reef and look forward to the help from @Lost in the Sauce.
