Depends on were you want your PAR at, and how far above the water they are. Never set up the 100w, only dealt with the 50 and 150w hyper reef lights. If you can get a hold of a PAR meter That would be great. But for LPS my start point with the 100w would be 85% blue and 20% white. Don't know were this would land PAR wise, but for the 150w on a 20 inch deep aquarium with the lights 8 to 10 inches above the water Blues at 100% and whites at 55 to 60% your looking at 300 PAR half way down the water column. But this is for SPS

edit: these settings are for coral growth

The SB Reef light I had before these I was running 10W 70B but I know these have more power so wasn't sure where I needed right now I just have LPS someone else told me to do 50B 20W so wasn't sure if I should build up to that or just start with the 80 and go up

Not sure what your PAR would be at. Best guess for 50b and 20 white would be close to 50 PAR on the bottom, but that's a guess.

If I had access to a par meter it would help I'm sure but I'm just having to go off how things are reacting if it's too much lighting sure I'll be able to tell and dial it back down as far as how high they are off the tank they are attached using the included arm brackets

All I see is using the 150w, My guess is still the same of 85b and 20 w, But it looks like you could go 100b and 25w . the PAR would be high at the upper areas. I actually have a 40B build going on and planned to go 100w nicrew for it. The 150 lights are strong, easy to 100 PAR on the bottom.
