Hello, and welcome to R2R. Don't reuse the sand buy new live sand Fuji Pink is a good one. Put all the rocks in buckets with salt water and all the live stock in another bucket with water from the tank for the move. I would reuse the old rocks for now because they are full of Biome and will support the tank. Once the tank is set back up and running good and everything is happy then you can add to the rock scape or make small changes at a time. Don't make real big changes to a tank during a move it may be disastrous. The move will be stressful enough on the live stock.
