How did we end end with transferring memberships again? I know people are going to be asking. So, figured posting the answer would prevent phone calls/etc. I will re-post on the Facebook and on Reef central from here.

Are you asking how we are offering the courtesy of giving a free lifetime membership to folks who were lifetime members of the other club? If that is the question, the answer is that any lifetime member that there is a record of either in the other clubs records or by them presenting their membership card or receipt of payment can trade that in on a lifetime membership card of this organization. The deadline to do so is June 16th 2018. I fully encourage them to do so and if there are extenuating circumstances preventing them from doing so we can address that on a case by case basis, but we will require some form of proof of purchase.
