Hello everyone, my name is Vladan and I come from Serbia. For the past two years I am looking to start saltwater aquarium, now I finally moved to the new house and found a perfect place for my reef tank. I decided to use as much space as I can to put it in the corner of my living room. Dimensions of the tank are 100x75x90 cm (approx. 40x30x36 inches) the stand I made my self from steel bars covered with chipboard). From the reasearch I made past few months I understood that deep tanks are harder to maintain, but I like when tank is deeper I believe its much more pritier.

I decided to paint two sides faced to the wall in black paint and for front sides I ordered optiwhite glass.

I plan to use aquaforest dry sand and dry rock, I want to cycle my tank from beginning.

The equipement I decided to get is this:

Stream pump : 2x Ecotech Vortech MP40
Skimmer: Reef Octopus Regal 200 INT
Lights: 2x Radion XR30G6PRO
Return Pump: Jebao
RO Device: LSRO-101BW with booster pump
Mechanic Filtration: RollerMat 1200

Apart from this I bought 135 pounds of dry rock.

I am still thinking if I should buy automatization system I was looking to get Kamoer Reefmaster, Kamoer Qijian and Kamoer F4 Pro. I'm also thinking if I should get Ecotech return pump insted of Jebao, so advices on return pump and automatization system are welcome.

Any suggestions about live stock are more than welcome. My current plan is to buy 3 gem tangs 2 sets of clowns and a lot of corals. I plan to put soft corals at the bottom of the tank (mostly zoas) as they dont need strong light and closer to the top I plan to put SPS corals. I am the guy who wants to get rarest things in everything I do.

At the moment my tank is still drying up from the sylicone and my next step would be to make aquascape.

My biggest concern is how to make this aquascape in deep tank to make it look pretty from both sides.

Below I will upload picture of my setup and all suggestions are more than welcome. As the time goes I will make updates.

Vladan

Looks like a great plan to me. Look forward to all the updates. Not very familiar with that equipment so I can't help much there. But, what I will say is do some research on the two pairs of clowns. You could end up with one pair. (Having said that, full disclosure I have 2 pairs)

I definitely will, for now that's just my wish to get two sets of clowns. Also, I'm a bit limited with fish supply since there is only one vendor in my country, therefore for some species I would have to wait some time.

The stand for your tank looks great! Really blends in with the rest of the room.
Thank you, I was battling with few different designs, but decided to go with this one because all my tables and some wall coverings are from same design :D
