Does anyone know of a place in Minneapolis area that would help me setup my 90 gallon saltwater tank I’m fairly new to saltwater and would like to also drill my tank but I have never drilled a tank before and I don’t want to break it I also want to run sump I currently have a Fluval evo tank that is cycling let me know and thank you for your help

Heres some tips for saltwater:

Never use tap water for anything.

QT everything.

Nothing good will happen in a day, basically everything needs time.

Regular Waterchanges and Testing are important.

Tank age and maturity is very important in what can be currently kept, older, more mature tanks are far more ideal for more sensitive corals than new tanks

You need an ATO (automatic top off unit)

diamond cut drill bit fi thats what its called. pour water when drilling and just let the diamond cut do the work. barely put some pressure. make sure the tank can be cut too not all glass is the same.

Must not be tempered glass .

typically use playdoe or plumbing putty to form a circle around where the hole needs to be to make a well of water
