Hello Everyone!

I have a 38g Fiji AIO cube that I am starting.
Equipment:
- Tank
- Filter sock
- ATO
- AI coral grow blade light
- Biomedia ceramic
- Heater
- Still looking for a protein skimmer that will fit in my AIO
- Dry rock
- Special Grade Arag-Alive! Reef Sand

It is not cycled yet (starting Monday) and I have a bunch of questions that I hope you guys can help me with!
I am cycling my tank with Fritz 900 turbo and the fishless ammonia.

I have a few questions about my stocking list. I want to create a beautiful tank that is also it's own ecosystem. So I want pretty fish but I also want them to serve a purpose.
My tank is small so I am limited. No Tangs etc. Can someone look at my list and let me know if this will work? I want algae eaters, diatom eaters, pest eaters etc.

Fish:
Six-line wrasse
Pseudochromis
Diamond Watchbed Goby
Jawfish (?)
Cardinal Fish
Clownfish (Pair- Have to have Clownfish for my kids)
Filefish

Cleaners:
35 Dwarf Ceriths
9 Nassarius
8 Florida Ceriths
10 Nerites
7 Hermit Crabs
1 Emerald or Ruby Mithrax Crab
1 Scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp
1 Peppermint Shrimp

Micro:
Copepods (Can anyone recommend which type I should get for new tank? I was going to order from AlgaeBarn but I'm not sure which jar I should get)
Phytoplankton

Coral:
I honestly haven't researched coral as much as I should have but I do know that I want a bubble tip anemone for the clowns

This is my ultimate goal list that I want to build over time.

How I plan on introducing the fish:
1. Cycle tank- light off
2. Get the pair of clownfish- light off
3. Wait two weeks - Get Cleaners (minus the shrimps), copepods, phytoplankton. Turn on light
4. Wait two more weeks- Add 2 more fish and shrimp (Maybe Goby and Six-line Wrasse?)
5. Wait additional two weeks- rest of fish
6. Start adding coral

Questions:
1. Does this fish list make sense? Will they get along?
2. Does this fish list cover eating the different type of pests that will eventually make their way into my tank?
3. Should I change out a fish for something different?
4. Does my order of introducing things make sense?
5. Any advice on corals is much appreciated!

Thank you so much! I have been stalking this page for awhile now and I have learned a lot.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

You seem to have a pretty good plan in place, but I'm sure others will be buy to offer more advice than I can.

As you know, your new tank needs to cycle, which is not an overnight thing. I'd suggest you get your tank going and get your cycle going, and then in the meantime you can get a better handle on your future stocking plan.

Good luck with your 38 gallon build!
