You should dose bottled bacteria. While Dr Tim's works, I recommend biospira or either of the fritz products as Dr Tim's can be slow. You would also want to add fish food or some ammonium chloride. Alternatively, you can add some true live sand from the ocean or some rock like bommie reef rock which will yield numerous benefits.

Yea, something to get the bio load going, If you want to add fish soon. you could do a non fish cycle where you add ammonia, and get the tank real stable, with ambient light before adding anything. Still needs a bio of some sort

Be prepared for a battle for a long while using only bottled bacteria and a complete sterile rock and media.

It easily could be 12-18 months before you are done with all the "Uglies" that are in your near future.
I'll never set up another tank this way ever again.

Do some research on live sand / live rock to really stop the uglies in its tracks.
