I could be setting it up wrong BUT it seems pretty easy I have setup many ATOs before. This came with new tank set it up yest and got water in it.
Got the ATO probes in sump the app told me water was at desired level.
When it got low and kicked on it never shut off and ran until time out. 1.8 gallons. Probes were now under water and reading desired water level.
I reset it - unplugged and restarted it tried again. waited until it was low it ran stayed on until timeout put in another 1.7 gallons in 1 shot. both probes that should stop filling are under water.
It recognizes when its low it does not recognize when its high. I have plugged everything in and out 10 times.
now I have it out of the tank just to test in a few bins.
It does the same thing but now I ran it like 20 times and at least 8 times I get a pump jammed error.
About 5 times it runs and I can hear it but not pumping. I need to give it a whack for it to start grabbing water.
I opened a support ticket its out of the tank and the manual ATO is in.
