New Red Sea 950S peninsula

Im not new to salt getting back into it after 13 yrs or so

So its Very difficult to express my anger over New Geek Tech.
I wish Red Sea would read this.

15000.00$ Beautiful 950s peninsula built , decorated , filled and ready to turn on.

But NOOOOOOOOOO

The so called APP Reefbeat will not download anywhere within 200 miles of my home.
Tried multiple phones in many areas.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOO
i can run the reefwaves they have a manual on / off selection
but not the sump pumps.
this is the dumbest most ridiculous thing i have ever heard of
please stop my rant if you know of a way to turn on the red sea 7000 pumps.
soooooo
I'm waiting till Monday to call red sea and find out the problem
I CAN NOT BELIEVE THERE IS NO MANUAL ON AND OFF
Please educate me.

I don't have these pumps but I have looked at them before. My understanding is that they need the reefrun controller. Can this be used to run them without the app?

sincerly thanks for replying. i edited my post with more info that said i have all the controlers and everything needed to run the system
EXCEPT THE DUMB REEFBEAT App That will not download.

What phone do you have? I have a 4 year old android phone and it downloaded just fine.

You did say within 200 miles so maybe this is a cell service issue? Possibly connect to your home's wifi to download?

Its Monday and the APP finally Downloaded
IDK what their problem was but 3 days after tank completion its finally running.
