New clownfish sometimes lays on its side at bottom of the tank

Hi I bought a mocha clown to pair up with my 5cm occelaris clown and the baby tiny mocha clown sometimes swims with the occelaris clown and sometimes it just goes and lays on its side is this common for new clownfish to do

He swims around at the bottom of the tank and near the bottom and sometimes he lies at the bottom of the tank is it normal for new clowns to do that
