Last night I made an adjustment to my flow as it was a little overwhelming for many or my coral.

When I checked the tank this morning, I noticed everyone was happier, but my Hammer and Frogspawn look different - as you can see in the pic, they both are loose. They used to have their tentacles much more tightly held together, today there is lots of space between each arm.

I will get some whiter pics as the lights ramp up.

This may not be an issue, it’s just new to me and I am wondering if the coral is telling me anything about it’s position.

Typical hammeri/Frogzpawn behavior. Flow/light adjustment gets them in a tizzy. They will adjust. Just make sure flow for them is a light flow gently sidling them back and forth. No direct flow.

They look great to me. In my experience, hammer, and frogspawn will extend more in lower flow and light. This is why it is often difficult to keep them happy in a mixed reef with acros, etc. But not impossible.
