Just adding some snails and soft corals to my tank and this has appeared on the glass. Should I try catch it or is it ok?

Hard to say for sure from the pics, but looks like it's probably a feather duster worm to me - harmless if so, so I'd keep it.

I managed to get a couple of other pics and looks like it’s a feather duster worm. Thanks :)
