Hey Everyone,
I'm at a loss with these Wave pumps from Neptune. I love the Apex overall and it is only these pumps that are driving me crazy. To the point of I'm about to take them out, buy something with a better programming interface and call it a day. I hope it is user error though and I am missing something obvious. The heart of my question centers around when putting a dot and a window of time on the chart and selecting a mode it does not do what I put. I think what is happening is that dot one say at 12pm and dot 2 at 1pm matter to each other. For instance if the 12pm dot is pulse at 1% and the 1pm dot is constant at 0% because I want the pump to shut off so the other can kick on. This will cause the pump to stop at 1230 as it heads into the 0% setting. I am unable to to put them much past 1% as another issue is these things are crazy powerful.
Sorry if this is hard to follow but hopefully I described the situation enough for someone to help or relay that they had the same issue and I'm not crazy. Thanks for reading!
Pictures to help - this as a type this has the pump completely off. Even though it would think it should stay on until 3pm.
