Hi,

I was wondering if there is any option using the Trident Telnet interface to perform a test only for Mag. or Cal.

Cheers!

I have been having Test B Fail issue for a couple of weeks now. Since it is not functioning I watched this video and disassembled the unit cleaned all the hoses and made sure there are no leaks. then put it back together with no luck. It keeps giving me Test B Fail, I thought it might be a software issue in the brain did a full reset on the Apex and also formated the SD card on the Apex Base with no success. I tried to delete the module and add it again all leading me to the same error which is a big frustration. When I prime the Sample Line, Reagents ABC they are all filling up the cuvette and emptying just fine it's just the unit doesn't read any tests and keeps giving me Test B Fail. I did Manual tests multiple times with Salifer test kits and they are reading ALK 6,7 Calcium is 400 and Magnesium is 1395. When I tried both methods of calibration from Tasks Menu and Trident Configuration Page both don't work. I have searched on R2R forums and I see a plenty of people with the same issue its just I don't understand why neptune guys are not doing anything about it. When I reached out to them they told me to send the unit to them, but it is not possible for me since I live in Iraq and shipping it out is not possible from here even if there is a chance it would cost me more than the unit itself which I am not willing to pay for something that I am not sure if it is going to be fixed or not.

I am having the same exact issue. Flushed all the tubing and the manifold, see the cuvette filling when priming the reagent but I get test b fail. Will have to send it for service I guess :(
