How many hours do I need to be looking at of white and blue light in the day and do I need to be running blue light all night or keep it off because I'm using running 6 hours of white and blue together and just blue for about 4 hours after that and giving the about 10 hrs of no light atall does this seem right? This is what is best for fish and all types of coral?

This will depend on the lights used and what you are keeping in the tank. I use Kessil ap700's my lights are always blue I have no white selection could add green or red but just don't need it. I run mine at 50 - 90 percent for 8 hours then it switches back to lunner lighting. It would help if you gave the type lights you use and how many, size of tank and what you have in the tank.

Wishing you the best.
