Need help with my salt water tank

The tank gets some direct sunlight and nothing I can do about that but there is a ton of this red algae that comes back after we clean it. What can we do? I have a clown, mandarin gobi, tang and some snails.

What’s your flow in the tank. Cyano is what I’m suspecting is typically from lack of flow.

Tank size and specs? Filtration? Parameters? Are you using rodi water?

If a lot of sunlight is hitting the tank you’re likely going to get nonstop algae outbreaks of one kind or another regardless of what you do

How old is the tank? What are the nitrate and phosphate level? What type of filtration? What tank size? What kind of flow?

Need more info to help you.

It doesn’t look like a big tank from your pic, I’d start with just moving the tank
