Need help programming osc for specific time of day on apex fusion and on without intervals for the rest of the day.​

I have dwarf seahorses and I am currently running this
osc program on my apex fusion (Fallback ON
OSC 000:00/000:20/001:00 Then ON
If FeedA 5 Then OFF) during light hours for my seahorses to simulate a natural tidal pool flow for them to eat live BBS. I manually put the apex switch on auto from 8am to 8pm and then at night (8:00pm to 8am) I flip the switch to on to provide more airation and to prevent the ph from dropping to low for the dwarf seahorses. Is it possible to program this schedule. I don't need to run the feed mode since they have to have food available during those hours, the flow keep the BBS in motion for them.
