I am military and having to move and I’ve been having some trouble selling my tank can anyone help me find a fair price where I’m not coming out too much in the deficit?

Below is everything. Please help me I suck at pricing things!

TANK:
Red Sea REEFER 300 G2
80g total water system
65g aquarium
15g sump
3.2g RO reservoir

LIGHTING:

Starting at 30-50% of the original price is a good benchmark. However, the condition of the item and the urgency of the sale are also important factors. Being close to a large reefing community can command a higher price, especially if shipping isn't feasible.
