This morning I couldn’t find him my [lawnmower blenny ] and once I did he was hiding in an unusual place under the rocks and (white in colour)which is not his usual colour and he appears to be (breathing rapidly) ... is he dying ?

What can I do to help at the moment ?
And what is wrong with him ?
Parameters have not changed he was perfectly fine a day ago
Although last night he was hiding too ....

How long after lights on was the pic taken.
Well it’s 6:19 pm now and lights came on at 11:am ? Why ?
Should I switch them off so he will relax or what can I do
7 hours since they’ve turned on and this pic was taken just now

Marine fish will loose their color and become very draby and may looked bleached when the lights go out. Freaked me out when I saw my fox face all blotchy when the lights first came on.

I can't tell from the photos whether or not he's skinny. What do you feed the tank? They need quite a bit of algae in their diet.
No he’s not skinny here is another photo older photos he is small but good weight his belly is always full .
I feed my fish hikari marine s , algae wafers , seaweed sheets , hikari a , frozen mysis shrimp and mastick
I do a mix nori marine s and algae wafer everyday
Mastick once a week and mysis shrimp also once a week
He eats a lot from what I can tell
Everyday he usually shares the pellets with the other fish .
Ps angelfish was given back to fish store .

It sounds like your tank has not finished its cycle yet. Both ammonia and nitrite are toxic to fish. Both need to be zero, Some fish are more sensitive then others. There are chemicals that will remove them from your water.

Nitrate was at 0.2 so I did a water change now it’s at 0.05

How can I make it cycle if it’s been so long now and it hasn’t
And why are you saying that it’s not cycled ?
How would ammonia be 0 if my fish are actively pooping won’t this affect the ammonium levels
I was told that ammonia can be near 0 not at 0 and it’s natural I’m confused ? My test kit chart also shows 0.05 as safe

If a tank is cycled ammonia will be 0. It takes a little time for that to happen, but eventually the beneficial bacteria reach a population size to convert any ammonia to nitrite almost immediately. The same then happens with nitrite to nitrate. If a tank is cycled ammonia and nitrite should be 0. In reef tanks ammonia is problematic as it is caustic to the gills of fish. Nitrate numbers are less important to worty about.
